My name is Caroline Dunleavy and I have worked in the Accounting and Finance sector for over 20 years. Majority of my  career as a Manager in EY Ireland working on some of the largest S&P 500 clients, HP Inc., Meta, Hertz, Aecom, Intel, Microsoft, Jacobs,  part of the IPO in 2012 for Meta, Worked as part of a business development team in EY's Centre of Excellence, including client relationship management for HP Inc. and including two secondments in Oil and Retail Companies.

 To ask the right questions combined with the inner understanding of what the day to day role expectations are both from a technical and soft skill perspective. This understanding promotes and provides for the foundation for longevity within the positions I place candidates for and in turn minimises the disruption from a business , knowledge and financial perspective for the company. I believe been in the right company and doing the right job is fundamentally what everyone wants as you spend the majority of your time in work.
