My name is Caroline Dunleavy and I have worked in the Accounting and Finance sector for over 20 years. For the majority of my career, I have been a Manager in EY Ireland working on some of the largest S&P 500 clients, HP Inc., Meta, Hertz, AECOM, Intel, Oracle, subsidiary entities of Microsoft, Jacobs Engineering Group, part of the IPO in 2012 for Meta. I have also worked as part of a business development team in EY's Centre of Excellence, including client relationship management for HP Inc., AECOM and including two secondments in Oil and Retail Companies.

This background enables me to ask the right questions, as I have an inner understanding of what the day to day role expectations are both from a technical and soft skills perspective. This knowledge promotes and provides for the foundation for longevity within the positions I place candidates for and in turn minimises the disruption from a business, knowledge and financial perspective for my clients.
